Join us on Sunday, 2 November, for a gourmet experience with family or friends in the lush surroundings of the Evian Resort Golf Club.
Our brunch, inspired by October's harvest, highlights iconic seasonal products, particularly game, prepared with finesse and respect to offer an authentic and
warm experience.
We invite you to discover a few of the dishes on offer: lentil salad with chestnuts and smoked bacon, game terrines (wild boar and hare) accompanied by a spiced pear and quince condiment, roasted vegetables with black trumpet mushrooms, fillet of venison topped with an autumnal sauce, pike-perch steak with herb sauce vierge and butternut squash purée, poached pears in red wine and spices, chestnut and blueberry opera cake and soft chestnut cake.
Brunch on Sunday 2 November from 12 noon.

€65 without alcohol, (juice, cold autumn tea, infused forest water, mineral water, hot drink)
€75 with rosé wine (soft drink + 1/4 rosé wine or red wine – sommelier's choice)
€85 with rosé champagne
